Specialization
Let me tell you a little about myself. I have 23 years experience as a full-time Realtor. I serve the needs of my customers and clients with care and understanding.
I'm a graduate of the North Carolina Realtor Institute and I've earned the "GRI" designation. This is a nationally recognized professional designation that is governed by the National Association of Realtors. On a national level, only 11% of all Realtors hold this designation.
In addition to the above designation, I was awarded the "CRS" designation. (Certified Residential Specialist) Those receiving this award must complete the required courses offered by the Residential Sales Council, must demonstrate specific expertise in applied residential real estate marketing, and must complete a high number of real estate closings. Less than 4% of all Realtors nationally hold this designation.
I know you're asking yourself "what does this have to do with anything?". Well, it means that for the biggest investment that you will probably make in your life, you need someone who knows all the important things necessary to make a sound investment when you buy your home, and I do.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Realtors National Marketing Institute, North Carolina Association of Realtors, North Carolina Realtor Institute, Catawba Valley Association of Realtors, and the Catawba Valley Multiple Listing Service.
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences within the cities of Hickory, Conover, Claremont, Newton, Lenoir, Maiden, Hudson, Catawba, Granite Falls and the surrounding areas. Also, I provide relocation services to buyers moving here from other parts of the country. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I'm a native of this area, and I was raised here. Current hobbies of mine include boating, football, NASCAR, camping and other outdoor activities.
